Alexis Joachim has represented insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes for over fifteen years.
About
Alexis has counseled insurers on third-party liability and first-party insurance coverage and litigation issues, including homeowners, automobile (garage, business auto, motor carrier coverage, MCS-90, and uninsured motorist), professional liability, property loss and pollution claims. She also has counseled insurers on construction defect claims (including demands for additional insured coverage and contractual defense and indemnity obligations), as well as disputes between insurers over the ranking of coverage under their policies and one insurer’s obligation to another.

Alexis practiced law in Washington, D.C. for five years where she counseled insurers on healthcare, toxic tort and environmental coverage and litigation disputes.
