Kelsey L. Meeks
A native of Pensacola, Florida, Kelsey received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she graduated with highest honors. She received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School, where she served as Senior Managing Editor of Tulane Law Review.
Since being admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2010, Kelsey has represented clients in a wide array of disputes, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, environmental and toxic tort litigation, and securities arbitration. Currently, Kelsey’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and bad-faith defense, as well as general commercial disputes. She has been recognized by Louisiana Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” and was selected as a New Orleans City Business “Leader in Law” for 2019.
Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys international travel and is an avid fan of the Saints and Southern Miss football. She also devotes much of her free time to running ‘WEEN DREAM, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit she founded in 2014 that provides free Halloween costumes to thousands of children in need across America every fall.
