Prominent civil litigators H. Minor Pipes III, Stephen L. Miles, Kristin L. Beckman, and Catherine Giarrusso now operate as Pipes Miles Beckman LLC.
We are trial lawyers. We represent underwriters and businesses with their most difficult legal problems. Our lawyers have actually tried and won high stakes cases. We focus quickly on finding the right solution for our clients, whether that is trial, resolution on motions, or early settlement. Once that objective is identified, we deliver. This approach has resulted in trial wins on declaratory judgment actions carefully crafted by our lawyers, favorable jury verdicts, and creative settlements.
