Beckman and Joachim Present Claim Handling in the First 30 Days

Kristin Beckman and Alexis Joachim will be speaking at the upcoming Louisiana Claims Association Educational Conference & Expo set to be held in-person in Baton Rouge, Louisiana from June 7-9. Kristin and Alexis will speak on June 8 at 8:30 AM. Their presentation will discuss handling a claim or potential claim within the first thirty days of its life with a focus on complying with Louisiana statutes, preparing claim notes to comply with company policy and Louisiana law, as well as discussions on the difference in handling third-party versus first-party claims within the first thirty days.
